All digital products, including planners, templates, PNGs, and PLR (Private Label Rights) content are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital downloads, once your files are delivered or downloaded, there is no way to return them.

🧾 Custom Logo Design Services

• Logos require a 15-minute consultation call before starting to ensure clarity on your vision.

• After consultation, your logo will be delivered within 2 weeks from your confirmed start date.

• Includes 1–2 revisions based on your package tier. Additional revisions will incur a fee.

• All logos are delivered in high-resolution PNG and/or Canva format.

💻 Website Design Services

• All website projects include a 15-minute consultation to discuss design goals, content, and layout before starting.

• Standard turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks, depending on complexity and the number of projects in our current queue.

• Start dates are confirmed only after your deposit is received.

• Client must provide all necessary content (images, text, etc.) before design work begins. Delays in content may result in delays in delivery.

💡Consultation Terms

• Consultations are done via video call or phone (client choice).

• If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Missed consultations with no communication may result in cancellation of your project.

💳 Payment Policy

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot and begin work.

• Final balance is due before delivery of final files.

• All payments must be made through our approved payment systems (Shopify/Wix checkout, PayPal, or custom invoice).
