You MAY:

• Print and use for yourself or clients (without reselling the source files)

• Customize for internal use

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the original files

• Claim the design or artwork as your own

• Sell physical or digital versions without purchasing a PLR or Commercial License

🔸 PLR (Private Label Rights) LICENSE

When you purchase a product labeled with PLR, you’re allowed to resell and rebrand the item as your own.

You MAY:

• Edit, rebrand, and customize the design

• Add your logo and sell under your brand

• Resell as a digital download on your website, Etsy, Shopify, etc.

• Use for client work or business services

• Offer as a freebie or lead magnet

You MAY NOT:

• Resell or distribute the original files as-is without changes

• Claim copyright or trademark of the unedited product

• List the original file on PLR resale sites or bundle shops

• Use for high-volume publishing (ex. Amazon KDP mass upload) unless heavily modified

🔸 EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE

Some products come with (or offer) an Extended Commercial License for those who want to use the item:

• With minimal edits

• In client work or service-based businesses

• In resellable bundles or as part of a paid course

You MAY:

• Sell the finished product made from our template or design

• Include as a bonus in a paid offering (course, bundle, membership)

• Use as a base for multiple client projects

You MAY NOT:

• Sell or share the template as-is

• Offer editable versions to customers unless permitted

• Claim full design ownership without customization
